Abulkhase sources coffee from nine different region from Ethiopia SIDAMO, YIRGACHEFFE , HARAR , NEKEMTE, LIMMU, DJIMMA
SIDAMO
This is the region where it is believed coffee originated from. Sidamo’s coffee beans contain notes of citrus, berries, and lemon giving them a more acidic taste while maintaining a medium body.

YIRGACHEFFE
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee is considered one of the best coffees in the world. The variety, terroir, and processing method creates an organic coffee with a fruit forward flavor that is sought by many coffee lovers.

LIMMU
Limmu coffee is regarded as premium gourmet coffee with its distinctive terroir and variety. The coffee brew has a well-balanced mouth feel and vibrant floral overtones. It is balanced, sweet, slightly spices with pleasant wine like characteristics. Some Limmu coffee also have floral and stone fruit notes.

NEKEMTE
Nekemte coffee is produced in Western Ethiopia and it is highly valued for its pleasant fruity flavour. At times the higher-grade coffee can be unique with honey, citrus, and floral notes. It has long elongated beans with a green to brownish colour.

HARAR
Harar is one of the oldest coffee beans that continue to be produced to this day. It has hints of fruit, wine, and mocha in its flavor profile. It is known for being balanced and full-bodied.

JIMMA
A unique coffee thought to be the variety closest in flavour to the original wild plant. This is an ideal climate and the plants are well protected by the larger forest trees which provide shade from the midday sun and preserve the moisture in the soil.
